| Our fees
Our policy at George Butunoiu is to quote a fixed fee, based on the complexity of the recruitment assignment, which is decided upon in advance, before we begin our work. This way there are no unwelcome surprises, since you know beforehand how much the assignment will cost. Equally important, because our fee is not calculated according to the compensation package the successful candidate is offered, we remain truly objective. The minimum fee we request for an assignment is € 12.000. |
